Legislative branch makes our laws
Executive branch enforces those laws made by the legislative branch
Judicial branch decides if those laws are constitutional or not.

Legislative = makes the laws
Executive = enforces the laws
Judicial = decides on constitutionality of the law (is it legal according to the constitution)
