Divide the price for each by the number of ounces to find the price per ounce.

PRODUCT 1:
=$3.60 ÷ 20
= $0.18 per ounce

PRODUCT 2:
= $4.20 ÷ 28
= $0.15 per ounce

ANSWER: The better buy is product two at $0.15 an ounce.
