ok, so this is practically guessing patterns. The first pack has 13 cards, second, has 26. that means the pattern is of 13, now you take 26, add 13 to it and you should get 39, and if you estimate it, the answer would be 40

If a whole numbers ends with 5, or more, the tens place increases by 1.
Example: 65 rounded = 70
6 is the tens place. Add 1, and it becomes 7.
If a whole number ends with 4, or less, the tens place stays the same.
For the problem, round each number.
13 = 10
26 = 30
22 = 20
Add: 10 + 30 + 20 = 60.
The answer is D.60.
