The person who was referred to as a ‘Psychopath’ by Hosni Mubarak following an Iraqi state dinner in honour of Mubarak’s wife, Suzanne was Uday Saddam Hussein. This was in respect to his erratic and violent behaviour. Uday Saddam Hussein was subsequently exiled due to several allegations of murder and torture.
