This would not be binomial.  The probabilities are not independent, since the balls are drawn without replacement.

binomial experiment is a statistical experiment that consists of n repeated trials. The trials are independent.

In the given question, the trials are not independent of each other as the balls are not replaced.

so, given experiment is not binomial experiment
