Degrees Celsius = (Fahrenheit -32) * 5/9
Degrees Celsius = (-109.3 -32) * 5/9
Degrees Celsius = -141.3 * 5/9
Degrees Celsius = -78.5

Therefore dry ice must be kept at a temperature of < = -78.5 Celsius
