Ok, so I had this question too an decided to put my answers since I couldn't find any.

A.15% off $25

B. 30% off $32

C.$19.65 plus a $2.35 shipping fee.

D.$ 20.45 plus a $1.60 shipping fee

The answers are A and C.

The description of prices would be all shirts that cost $22 or less would be within his spending limit.

This can be written as an inequality where x is the amount he spends.

Please see the example in the attached picture.
