So to solve this you need to first add 4 to both sides to get r/3=15. Next, multiply three by both sides to get your final answer to be r=45. Hope this helped!

First, you must get the r by itself.
=15
Now, multiply both sides by 3 to get the r completely by itself and get the answer.
r=45.
