Hey there!
The answer would be C=3r.
The pattern in the table is the cost is 3 times the pounds of raisins.
For example, 3 times 2 (pounds of raisins) is 6 (the cost)

because 2*3 is 6 and 4*3 is 12 and it is always times 3.
