y=3/4x-4

Explanation:

First you put x to the other side of the equation, so you have 4y = 3x-16. Next you need to get y alone so you get 4y/4=y. But, you need to do this to both sides of the equation, so you do 3x-16/4=3/4x-4. All in all, your slope-intercept form is y=3/4x-4.
