a. For each mile, you use 14.5/348=0.0417 gallons of gas. If you drive 2163 miles, you will use 0.0417*2163=90.2 gallons.
b. For each gallon, you can drive 348/14.5=24 miles. If you have 132 gallons, you can drive 132*24=3168 miles.
