Hi!

Strict liability in business terms refers to when liability does not depend on negligence or intent to harm. For example, if you were the headmaster of a public school and hired a teacher with no teaching degree or experience and that teacher made a mistake and the school was sued, said school would be held liable with no exceptions.

Hope this helps!
