Destructive feedback is described as feedback that is disapproving without any intention of being helpful.
When someone gives destructive feedback, the person they are giving the feedback to normally doesn't take it very well. They are negative when giving the feedback instead of being positive to help them in the future. Constructive criticism allows the recipient to learn and improve while destructive will typically just make them angry.
