In never eat alone, what term does ferrazzi use to describe a person you invite to a dinner party whose, "value comes from the simple fact that they are, in relation to one's core group of friends, different"?

The term is "Anchor Tenant".

This is a manual for networking in a socially solid and commonly helpful way, despite the fact that it stays away from "networking" on the cover. The approach here isn't hugging everybody in the room, getting business cards, and sticking them into an overstuffed Rolodex; rather, it's a considerably more accommodating methodology.
