Mean is the average of all the numbers. So to work it out you add all the numbers up ( 89+74+100+86+74+67+86+72+60+93+83+86 = 970 ) then you divide the 970 by the amount of numbers there is ( 12 ) so 970 divided by 12 is 80.83.
