A. S. is a, a + d, a+ 2d, a + 3d
a = -1 and a + 3d = 59
so - 1 + 3d = 59
3d = 60
d = 20
So the 2 arithmetic means are -1 + 20 and -1 + 40
= 19 and 39 answer
