Sud Africa as one of the world's most comprehensive bills of rights and anti-discrimination constitutions, due to its particular history. The influence of Mandela was determinant in making this constitution one of the best in regards of discriminations, due to the phenomenon of the Apartheid that was for many years a constant thread in Sud Africa.
