suppose the coin is fair, and Miki tosses it 500 times. About how many times can she expect it to show heads? Explain your reasoning.

If Miki tosses a coin 500 times and it is fair, she can expect to see heads 250 times.

Since a coin has only 2 sides, and the coin is supposedly fair, each side would be seen once per two flips. Since 500 divided by 2 is 250, she would see heads 250 times.

Hope I could help!

The answer to this would be 250... Because a coin has 2 sides, the coin would land on either side about 250 times.
