Answer: There is no error the steps of the problem.
The problem is solved correctly step by step. In step 1, the person took the reciprocal of the second fraction and changed to multiplication.
In step 2, the factored the second fraction.
In steps 3 and 4, the cancelled out common factors in the top and bottom correctly.
