When the iron sulfate (iii) mixed with sodium hydroxide the equation of this reaction will be:

Fe2(SO4)3 + 6NaOH → 2Fe(OH)3 + 3 Na2SO4

So the precipitate is Fe(OH)3 and it is characterized by a dirty green color
