The education for the black American children during the 19th century is irregular and inconstant.  They are facing difficulties like the development of school staffs was not accepted by the white which is alarming to the population.  The mandatory acceptance was forcefully opposed that exhibited their bitterness by burning schools and intimidates the missionary teachers. African Americans were forcefully taxed for the construction and maintenance of a system of public schools for their children.  The black and whites were separated in terms of education.
