Yes, Argentina is a United Nations member country. They joined the United Nations in 1945. It's present representative is Maria Cristina Perceval.
Argentina is part of the Group of 77 (G-77) voting bloc and the caucuses: Latin America Group and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
