Hey there!

It’s 1, 2, and 5. Feeling intimidated by the gym makes you less likely to go and get less exercise. It’s 2 because if you don’t cook health at home, you may eat a burger which is unhealthy. It’s 5 because if you don’t eat healthy food, you won’t be healthy.
