A survey about the student government program at a school finds that of 245 students:

218 students like the program
27 students dislike the program

If a circle graph were made from this data, what would measure of the central angle be for the group that likes the program? Round your answer to the nearest whole number

I already made the circle graph.. but i need help with the last part of the question. PLZ HELP ME! (please excuse the terrible hand writing)

Answer: The central angle for the section that likes the program will be about 320 degrees.

The percent of the people that like the program is:
218 / 245 x 100 = 88.98%

Now, we just have to find 88.89% of the total 360 degrees in the circle.
0.8898 x 360 = about 320 degrees
