To simplify this all you need to do is distribute the 4x across each term in the parenthesis

4x(2x^3 - 7x^2 + x) \\ (4x)(2x^3) - (4x)(7x^2) + (4x)(x) \\ 8x^4 - 28x^3 + 4x^2
