democracy is the rule of the people,by the people, and for the people. this implies that the people must be at the center stage of political deliberations,voting, and decision making. with these in mind the health of USA democracy is fine,90%.
However, the political culture is breeding. There is rampant political apathy,poor participation and political party effect.

For deocracy to thrive the people need to recall that they vote bad leaders in, when they refuse to participate in the political process. political party effect on decision making need to be balanced.
