This is very reliable and valid because the results are consistent and measure the information based on the content. This exam tests the four dimensions and helps predict how successful they will be. Compared to the other tests the MBTI is the most reliable and valid compared to the rest. But no test is going to be completely accurate but this test will be the closest you would get to perfect.
