Why does Peter want the musicians to play "Heart's Ease" after he finds out that Juliet is dead?

He knows she is not really dead.
He wants to be cheered up.
He wants to show disrespect to Capulet for treating him poorly.
He wants to get the musicians in trouble by playing "merry" music in a time of mourning.
