A. become extinctThe bacteria that fix nitrogen after it has being established inside the root nodules of legumes are known as Rhizomes. After infection, Rhizomes produce nodules in the legumes where they fix nitrogen gas from the atmosphere and turning it into more readily useful form of nitrogen.
