Use the Polygon tool to draw a rectangle with a length of 4 units and a height of 2 units. One of the sides of the rectangle falls on line EF, and the rectangle has a vertex of E.
Each segment on the grid represents 1 unit.

Starting at point E, draw a line two units down. From that point, draw a line four units to the right. From that point, draw a line two units up. Then, from that point, draw a line four units to the left. You should be back at point E.

To draw a rectangle with a length of 4 units and a height of 2 units, you just have to begin at point E.

1. Starts on point E and draw a segment 2 units long, because the problem states that the height is 2 units, and heights are always vertical.
2. Then, after drawing the 2 units, draw a segment 4 units long to the right, where is the blank space.
3. After having that horizontal 4-units segment, draw a segment upwards 2 units long, at that point you must be at the same height than point E.
4. Finally, draw a 4-units segment to the left, and you will be back on point E, closing up the rectangle.
