The fraction 8/5 is raised to the power -1. If a fraction is raised to a negative power, its reciprocal will be having the positive power.

For example in case of
(x)^(-1), it can be written as
(1)/(x). i.e. to remove the exponent -1 we simply take the reciprocal.

So for given expression the reciprocal will be 5/8

Therefore,

( (8)/(5) )^(-1)= (5)/(8)
