Cons:
The animal cells have a slow growth factor
The E.coli needs to get rid of endotoxin from products.
The E.coli needs to be modified since it does not secrete products naturally.
The saccharomyces cells are not similar to human cells because they are fungi
Pros:
From the engineered organism there is a horizontal gene transfer.
There will be a better control of malaria in poor countries that do not have necessary resources.
Large quantities of vaccines ill be produced cheaply
