Watching what she eats.
This doesn't mean she needs to stop eating completely because that is very unhealthy for her body.
By watching she eats I mean cut back on the junk and fast food.
Change her food plan. Add more fruits and veggies.
Sue should also start working out.
She should start slowly and never out do herself.
Only do things she knows her body can handle.
