A dangling modifiers is a phrase which is used incorrectly in a sentence and as such doesn't refer to what it is supposed to refer (thus creating an ambiguous sentence). The way sentence B is written, it would seem that grammatical errors have a friend who will review them, when in fact this refers to you.
