If you are in a car accident caused by someone else who also has insurance, which type of insurance plan will not require you to pay the least out of pocket?

They should have coverage for your vehicle damage under the coverage called ‘property damage’. If they are uninsured, you would look for ‘uninsured motorist property damage’ or you may have to use your own ‘collision coverage’ but then you’d likely have an out of pocket expense.
