Hm...boxes, tiles...math!

This is multiplication. But instead of crossing our fingers and multiplying the first two numbers you see, let me explain: it says that there are FOUR open boxes of tile. Ok...what else? EACH box has 5/8 of tile remaining. EACH!!! That means, to find how much is left for FOUR boxes, multiply 4 by (5/8)

(20/8)

2.5

Or 2 (1/2) [two and a half] boxes
