The least common multiple of 3 and 4 is 12.

(2)/(3) * (4)/(4) = (2 * 4)/(3 * 4) = (8)/(12)

(3)/(4) * (3)/(3) = (3 * 3)/(4 * 3) = (9)/(12)

Answer: 8/12 and 9/12, respectively.
