I believe the answer is Bilophodont. Bilophodont are lower molars that have two ridges and are found in word-monkeys. The bilophodont molars are a type of morphology in molars that have to "loafs" running parallel to the cheeks. The other type of molar is the lophodont which has only one ridge located in the sides.
