The interesting exponential function you are looking for is
1^(x)

The fact about 1 is that, no matter to which power you raise it, answer will always be 1. Because 1 multiplied by 1 stays equal to 1.

So the graph of
1^(x) will be a straight line parallel to x-axis and crossing the y-axis at y = 1, as shown in picture below.

As seen from the graph, the function is neither increasing nor decreasing, instead it is constant.
