Scientific law is based on answers that are a result of experimentation, number of repetitive tests (to ensure credible results), and observations about Earth's atmosphere and it's life

Legal law is based from morale and principle high ground that are designed to bring order through an armed force. If you look at it very carefully, it's designed to control human nature, savagery, and instinctual behaviour. How so? Without order, everything morphs into chaos as people have the liberty to fight, kill, and steal without penalization.
