10x + y - xy = 26 . . . . . . your "statement in mathematical language"

This can be rearranged to
.. y = 10 -16/(x -1)
so x-1 must be a factor of 16 that is larger than 1, hence 2, 4, 8.

Integer solutions are (x, y) = (3, 2), (5, 6), (9, 8).
