The answer is McNary - Haugen Bill. It is a bill supporting the raising of the price of farm products. It was already planned that the Southern legislative support advanced this bill both houses of Congress passed the bill. However, President Coolidge pointed out the evils of price-fixing and a swelling bureaucracy, and because of this he vetoed the measure.
