In some parts of the world, there are what you call "forbidden art" these are art works which are tagged as too radical by these specific countries so much that arts like those are prohibited there. What are those types of arts then? A woman speaking in public, a public figure listening to a child -- these type of art works seem normal and innocent to us but for some countries which the light of the sun never hits, these art works are like propaganda.
