Wouldn't it be 3 times, because 24 divided by 8 is 3. If you do 1/8 times 24, you get 3.
So 3 miles.

If he ran 1/8 of a mile 24 times, it would be 24/8, which you can divide down into 3. Ron ran 3 miles.
