recall that Cavalieri's Principle only says that if an oblique cylinder, like in this case, has the same cross-section all the way up, it has the same volume as a non-oblique cylinder.

so, the volume of a cylinder is V = πr²h.

now, we know the radius is 10, and the height is 11, so then V = π10²*11 is its volume.
