The area of a circle is given by:

A_c = \pi r^2
Plug and chug:

A_c = \pi (2)^2 = 12.56m^2

Circumference is given by (d = 2r):

C_c = \pi d
Plug and chug:

C_c = \pi (4) = 12.56m

Those are your answers!
