This is the Commutative property of multiplication, which states that two numbers can be multiplied in any order to create the same number.
That tells us that when we're multiplying, it gives us the same value when you multiply two numbers in different orders. Just like here, we have the same numbers, -7/8 and 10, but the difference is they're in different orders, they mean the same thing. For example:
4 *5 = 5* 4
Keep in mind that it doesn't always work with other operations. Observe:
4-5 ≠ 5-1
Also,
4/5 ≠ 5/4
Commutative doesn't work in subtraction and division, only multiplication and adding.
