Certain fast growing bacteria can reproduce in 12 minutes. If you begin with 100 bacteria, how many bacteria will there be 36 minutes later? The answer is 800 I just need help finding how to get to 800?

you start with 100 bacteria, when pass 12 minutes you have 200 bacteria, in the minute 24 you have 400 bacteria and in the minute 36 have 800 bacteria
