INTRODUCTION: Many researches has been done on atoms. One of them is the one done by Both. Bohr research in 1913 on atom made him to proposed the "Bohr Atomic Model''. With this model, Bohr was able to proposed his quantized shell model.

Bohr made modifications to the Model proposed by Rutherford to solve the stability problem.

RESEARCH PROGRESS: with Bohr research, he was able to explain that the angular momentum of electrons are quantized. He explained that electrons can have stable orbits around the nucleus.

Borh was also able to explain the emission and absorption of energy, when electrons jump from one orbit to another.
