The answer is "The growing season is longer for farms in the state than it is for northern farmers."

Economic development goes along with a temperate of the climate, in case of Georgia it attracts individuals with its hot and gentle atmosphere. Individuals like to go away from the cold and thus visit or move to Georgia. So, it assists Georgia's economy by having more individuals live here, or visit, and hence expecting to purchase things (i.e. sustenance, garments, family apparatuses, a house, furniture, etc.).
